I'm Andrew Cripps, founder of Retail Ready Marketing. Over more than a decade in the CPG industry, I noticed a recurring challenge: many emerging brands approached retail without fully understanding what it takes to succeed once they’re on the shelf.
Often, founders are so focused on gaining listings that they overlook the foundational elements such as pricing models, trade strategy, demand planning, and the ongoing support retailers expect. Instead of launching with confidence, brands end up course-correcting midstream.
Retail Ready Marketing was created to help brands get it right from the start, building the structure, systems, and strategies that retail success requires.
My Experience
I’ve worked with founders at every stage of product, from pre-launch to national expansion across retail, foodservice, and e-commerce. I understand both the day-to-day and the long game: how to build relationships with buyers, structure a pricing model that works, and ensure your product doesn't just get listed, but stays listed.
I’m currently completing my Executive MBA at Ivey Business School, further deepening my ability to guide brands with both practical experience, strategic clarity and intentional leadership.
